I had a delightful stay at The Allen Hotel. The room was cozy, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful and the location was ideal. Despite a few minor inconveniences, I enjoyed the overall experience and would recommend it for a budget-friendly option in NYC.

During my stay at The Allen, the relaxation facilities like the sauna and sun terrace were a great way to unwind after exploring nearby landmarks such as Katz's Delicatessen and the Empire State Building, enhancing our family bonding time. However, the double charging incident upon check-out left a sour note. a unique stay with room for improvement in handling financial matters.

The property was clean, featured nice design; I loved it. The room was big with balcony, had wake-up service, that's cool. Hair dryers, terrycloth bathrobes and shower caps were available there.

Stunningly beautiful hotel, rooms are somewhat small nonetheless the location is handy near Chinatown.

The hotel was awesome - loved the comfy bed, big room, and super friendly staff. The location was killer too, right in the heart of the city! We had a bummer about the breakfast situation but honestly, with so many cool spots nearby to grab a bite, it wasn't a big deal at all. Will definitely come back - just need to make sure we don't get stuck in a handicap room next time. 🌇

I loved that the hotel was gorgeous and clean. Got Wheelchair Accessible room with 2 full size beds and a balcony, for instance as expected. Having terry cloth bathrobes, shower caps and towels was a bonus. The venue provided competitive prices.

The room was clean and had a spacious balcony where I enjoyed my morning coffee. The staff was kind and lent us umbrellas during a downpour. Although breakfast wasn't included as advertised, there were plenty of great dining options within a short walk. The location was convenient for exploring downtown and attending a show at the Bowery Ballroom. Overall, it was a pleasant stay despite a minor issue with the breakfast.

Enjoyed the place, had a really good stay for one night. The staff were service-minded and caring, were waiting for us in the excellent reception.

The hotel property was contemporary with perfect location really close to two metro station as well as restaurants with delicious menus. The beautiful bathroom and the rest was impeccably clean.

During my transit in New York, I had the pleasure of staying at The Allen hotel. The proximity to LaGuardia Airport, just 15km away, was incredibly convenient for my travel plans. The sleek, modern rooms with luxurious amenities and exquisite skyline views, as well as the on-site café serving delightful delicacies, were truly delightful.

The only minor downside I experienced during my 17-day stay was the limited room cleaning, with only 3 cleanings provided. the need to collect fresh towels from the front desk was a slight inconvenience.

Although the bed was uncomfortable and the room lacked a true window, the hotel's Chinatown location was unbeatable with friendly staff and a clean room. The balcony and spacious room were highlights, but noise from slamming doors and street noise were drawbacks. The lack of comfortable seating and worn-out linens were disappointing, but the bathroom had a great shower and ample storage.

We had a great stay at Allen! the property had a wonderful old school vibe with beautiful hardwood floors throughout. We were upgraded to a spacious "penthouse" suite with a huge balcony and a comfortable king bed. the staff was friendly and the overall atmosphere was luxurious. the hotel's location on the edge of Chinatown added to its unique charm, and the nearby subway lines made it easy to explore Manhattan. We would definitely book here again.

I had a delightful 8-day stay at The Allen this October. The hotel is a striking new addition to the Chinatown/Lower East Side neighborhood with a boutique feel and tons of character. Immaculately clean, quiet, and comfortable, it offers a great location within walking distance to trains. The room was spacious with a lovely bed, luxury linens, and a well-appointed bathroom. The Asia-influenced decor added a unique touch, and the staff, especially David and Angely, were exceptional. a wonderful home away from home.

The location, at the edge of Chinatown and just blocks from Mulberry Street and Little Italy, was perfect for exploring the local eateries and nightlife. The rooms were well appointed and some had outdoor balconies, which provided a great view for people-watching. The hotel also had a large workout room with plenty of equipment and a sauna. it was a great experience.

The terrace and patio were a lovely addition, allowing us to relax and take in the city views. The hotel also offered free toiletries and an electric kettle, which were much appreciated.

The room I stayed in had a balcony, perfect for reading. The staff was accommodating and nice. The bathroom came with prepackaged toothpaste and toothbrushes, Qtips, corto, and a nail file. I appreciated the small fridge in the room and the location was great, in the lower east side. The place smelled great and had a clean atmosphere.
